Right to a Shop Xxxxxxx. The Shop Xxxxxxx shall be present at all times when the Employer is administering discipline to an employee when the discipline being administered is to form part of that employee's written work record;
Right to a Shop Xxxxxxx. No bargaining unit member shall enter the offices of a Supervisor for disciplinary purposes (counselling is not discipline) or receive a letter of warning from same without having the right to have a member of the Shop Xxxxxxx Committee present.
Right to a Shop Xxxxxxx. All employees shall have the right to the presence of a Shop Xxxxxxx at any discussion with the Company where disciplinary action may be taken. In instances where suspension or termination is contemplated or at Step 2 of the grievance procedure, a Job Xxxxxxx must be present. The Company and the Union agree that this clause is not intended to limit the Company's ability to conduct informal discussions related to the operation of the Company with its employees. This Article is not intended to limit management's rights to take immediate steps to suspend and/or remove from Company property an employee who presents a danger and/or safety hazard to any person or property.

Right to a Shop Xxxxxxx. Any employee shall have the right to report to their Shop Xxxxxxx any grievance or dispute. Upon the grievance or dispute being reported to the Shop Xxxxxxx, the Shop Xxxxxxx shall take the matter up with the General Manager or designate. Should the ruling of the General Manager or designate be deemed unsatisfactory by the Shop Xxxxxxx, the matter shall then be taken up by the Staff Representative or at the next Management-Shop Committee meeting.
Right to a Shop Xxxxxxx. The Company agrees that if it chooses to implement written discipline, suspension or discharge on an employee, a Shop Xxxxxxx shall be present.
