Rights to Documentation. Terminal Transfers. You can get a receipt at the time you make any transfer to or from your Account using an ATM. Direct Deposits. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Account from the same person or company, you can call us at 0-000-000-0000 to find out whether or not the deposit has been made. Periodic Statements. You will receive a monthly account statement, either mailed or made electronically available. Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your ATM card or check card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all of the money in your Account (plus the maximum amount of your overdraft line of credit). If you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your ATM or check card and/or PIN, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your ATM or check card and/or PIN without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your ATM or check card and/or PIN, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your ATM or check card and/or PIN without your permission if you had told us, you can lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by ATM or check card, PIN or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed or made electronically available to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (ex. a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we may, in our discretion, extend the time for a reasonable period. If you believe your ATM or check card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account using information from your check without your permission, call us at 0-000-000-0000 or write us at the address listed at the end of this disclosure. For purposes of this disclosure, our business days are Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. If you use an automated teller machine that is not operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the operator of the machine and/or by an automated transfer network.

Rights to Documentation. 8.1 Subject to payment in full of all sums due and owing, EDM HEALTHCARE CONSULTING LTD will grant to the Client an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Documentation solely for the Client’s own internal purposes (which may include submission to the applicable standards body such as NHS Digital). 8.2 The Client retains all rights to the Client Inputs. EDM HEALTHCARE CONSULTING LTD will have no liability for breach of warranty or this Agreement caused by Client Inputs.
Rights to Documentation. Company grants to Motorola a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to edit, reproduce and merge into other Product materials and Documentation or other written materials, including any revisions thereof, Documentation provided under this Agreement. Company is granted no rights in any Product Documentation or materials that contain edited, reproduced or merged Documentation. Motorola shall use the Documentation so licensed to Motorola only for purposes of providing sales , marketing, maintenance and support of Products sold by Company hereunder and for purposes of providing such Documentation to Motorola's Customers only for use in their maintenance and support of Products sold by Company hereunder.
Rights to Documentation. SBC grants to LBC, under and to the extent of SBC's Intellectual Property Rights, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: (i) use the Documentation for internal development purposes, (ii) copy, use and modify the Documentation to create technically accurate LBC documentation (which must include all the relevant SBC copyrights, notices, and marks), (iii) translate the Documentation into other languages, and (iv) distribute such translated or modified Documentation in connection with distribution of the Product(s) and/or System(s). LBC may also use a pointer to the SBC Documentation on SBC's website in connection with distribution of the Product(s) and/or System(s). Such License grant is subject to the Distribution and Ownership Sections below.

Rights to Documentation. A claimant shall have the right to have access to, and request copies of the documentation relevant to the Claim and Adverse Benefit Determination(s), including any new evidence or rationale considered or relied upon in connection with the Claim on review.   • Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non- exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Term in connection with its use of the Services as contemplated herein, and under Section 2.5 below.

Additionally, Counterparty shall, promptly upon reasonable request by Dealer, provide, such other tax forms and documents, accurately completed and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Dealer, that may be required or reasonably requested to allow Dealer to make a payment under this Confirmation, including any Credit Support Document, without any deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax or with such deduction at a reduced rate. For the purposes of Sections 4(a)(i) and 4(a)(ii) of the Agreement, Dealer shall provide to Counterparty a valid and duly executed U.S. Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 or W-8ECI, or any successor thereto, completed accurately and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Counterparty and, in particular, with the “corporation” box checked on line 3 or 4 thereof, (i) on or before the date of execution of this Confirmation; (ii) promptly upon reasonable demand by Counterparty; and (iii) promptly upon learning that any such tax form previously provided by Dealer has become inaccurate or incorrect. Additionally, Dealer shall, promptly upon reasonable request by Counterparty, provide such other tax forms and documents, accurately completed and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Counterparty, that may be required or reasonably requested to allow Counterparty to make a payment under this Confirmation, including any Credit Support Document, without any deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax or with such deduction at a reduced rate.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited. (i) The documentation standards for salary charges to grants are prescribed by 2 CFR 200.430, and in the cost principles applicable to the entity’s organization (Paragraphs 7.4 through 7.7). (ii) If records do not meet the standards in 2 CFR 200.430, then Grantor may notify Grantee in PART TWO, PART THREE or Exhibit G of the requirement to submit Personnel activity reports. See 2 CFR 200.430(i)(8). Personnel activity reports shall account on an after-the-fact basis for one hundred percent (100%) of the employee's actual time, separately indicating the time spent on the grant, other grants or projects, vacation or sick leave, and administrative time, if applicable. The reports must be signed by the employee, approved by the appropriate official, and coincide with a pay period. These time records should be used to record the distribution of salary costs to the appropriate accounts no less frequently than quarterly. (iii) Formal agreements with independent contractors, such as consultants, must include a description of the services to be performed, the period of performance, the fee and method of payment, an itemization of travel and other costs which are chargeable to the agreement, and the signatures of both the contractor and an appropriate official of Grantee. (iv) If third party in-kind (non-cash) contributions are used for Grant purposes, the valuation of these contributions must be supported with adequate documentation.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.
