Risk Report. When a risk event occurs, real time reporting is required with respect to the risk in terms of causation, current and potential effect, risk response measures and the roles of responsible parties. In such circumstances, the Organization must immediately communicate with CIDA and report as required by CIDA.
Risk Report. Managing opportunities and risks is part of the company‘s business activities and forms an integ- ral part of management of the company. Both the opportunities and risks of Bayer Bitterfeld GmbH are closely associated with Bayer Con- sumer Care AG, and largely determined by its future development. Key elements of the opportunity and risk management system are the planning and controlling process, Group regulations and the reporting system. The management holds regular meetings on the business situation, at which it evaluates opportunities and risks, analyzes the development of production volumes, the cost situation, capital expenditures and human resources trends, and agrees on measures to manage them. Production capacity at the site could be impaired by, for example, technical problems, natural catastrophes, regulatory conditions or interruption of the supply of the main raw materials. Bayer Bitterfeld GmbH has described and evaluated the production risks, their impact and the probabili- ty of their occurrence in an ERM risk matrix and documented appropriate counter-measures. Process safety is guaranteed by integrated quality, health, environment and safety management. The company addresses risks relating to products and environmental protection within the frame- work of its Responsible Care and quality assurance activities. As a contract manufacturer for Bayer Consumer Care AG, the company could benefit substantially from expansion of Bayer Consumer Care‘s position in the global OTC market and utilization of the growth potential of established brands such as Aspirin®. Further opportunities could arise from expansionary investment by a partner at the industrial park and extension of the service offering. The company‘s risk landscape has not altered since the previous year. The present risks do not jeopardize the survival of the company.

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Adverse Report (a) The Employer shall notify an employee of any dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) calendar days of the Employer's becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dissatisfaction. This notification shall include particulars of work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of his/her record for use against him/her at any time. The employee's written reply to such notification of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her record.

  • COST REPORT 29 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for each Period, or for a portion thereof, to 30 COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or 31 termination of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all 32 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this 33 Contract. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between programs, cost centers, 34 services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and consistent with prudent business 35 practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source documentation maintained by 36 CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Weekly Reports The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.
