Road Standards. 17.1. Project Road standards in included in Appendix D and are based on the IHDA. The majority of public roads on or adjacent to the Property are already constructed and open to the public. However, there are two road sections that are to be constructed as part of the Project. The approved High Street Collection preliminary plat specifies the applicable road standards from the IHDA that are applicable to those sections.
Road Standards. The roads in the Project shall be public roads, and shall be dedicated to City in final plats. Street B and Grey Hawk Extension shall be constructed in accordance with City standards and shall be maintained by City following completion.
Road Standards. Access to the Property and internal circulation within the Property shall be provided in accordance with the Conditions of Approval and the approved Circulation and Access Plan depicted in Exhibit G.
