Roles and Scope. 2.1 This DPA only applies to the Processing of Customer Data and Personal Data by iManage on behalf of Customer pursuant to the Agreement. 2.2 Customer and iManage agree that with respect to Personal Data, Customer is the Controller of such Personal Data and iManage is a Processor of such Personal Data, except when Customer acts as a Processor or Sub- Processor of such Personal Data, in which case iManage is a Sub-Processor of such Personal Data. Nothing in the preceding sentence alters the obligations of either iManage or Customer under this DPA, as iManage acts as a Processor with respect to Customer in all events. In any instance where the Customer is a Processor or Sub- Processor, Customer warrants to iManage that Customer’s instructions, including appointment of iManage as a Processor or sub-Processor, have been authorized by the relevant Controller. 2.3 This DPA does not limit or reduce any data protection commitments iManage makes to Customer in the Agreement. 2.4 Customer acknowledges and agrees that (taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the Processing of its Customer Data and Personal Data as well as the risks to individuals) the security practices and policies implemented and maintained by iManage provide a level of security appropriate to the risk with respect to its Customer Data and Personal Data.

Nothing in the preceding sentence alters the obligations of either iManage or Customer under this DPA, as iManage acts as a Processor with respect to Customer in all events. Under no circumstances will iManage act, or be deemed to act, as a Controller (or equivalent concept) of Customer Personal Data Processed pursuant to the Agreement. 2.3 This DPA does not limit or reduce any data protection commitments iManage makes to Customer in the Agreement.

This Addendum applies to the collection, retention, use, disclosure, and sale of Personal Information provided by Customer or which is collected on behalf of Customer by Vendor (“the Personal Information”) to provide Services to Customer pursuant to the Agreement or to perform a Business Purpose. 2.2. Customer is a Business and appoints Vendor as a Service Provider to process the Personal Information on behalf of Customer. 2.3. Vendor’s collection, retention, use, disclosure, or sale of Personal Information for its own purposes independent of Customer’s use of the Services specified in the Agreement are outside the scope of this Addendum.

This Schedule 2 applies to the collection, retention, use, disclosure, and sale of Personal Information provided by Customer or which is collected on behalf of Customer by Collibra to provide Services to Customer pursuant to the Agreement or to perform a Business Purpose. 2. Customer is a Business and appoints Collibra as a Service Provider to process Personal Information on behalf of Customer.. This Schedule 2 applies solely with respect to Collibra’s processing of Personal Information as a Service Provider of Customer. This Schedule 2 shall not apply to Personal Information collected by Collibra as a Business.

This Addendum applies only to the Collection, retention, use, disclosure, and Sale of Personal Information provided by NortonLifeLock to, or which is Collected on behalf of NortonLifeLock by, Vendor to provide Services to NortonLifeLock pursuant to the Agreement or to perform a Business Purpose (“NortonLifeLock Personal Information”). 2.2. The Parties acknowledge and agree that NortonLifeLock is a Business and appoints Vendor as a Service Provider to process NortonLifeLock Personal Information at NortonLifeLock’s direction.
Roles and Scope. (a) Each party will comply with all Data Protection Laws that apply to it and its obligations under the Agreement and this Addendum, including, EU Data Protection Laws. (b) In connection with Customer’s use of the PayScale Offering, Customer Personal Data may be loaded, stored, provided, or otherwise Processed through a PayScale Offering. Customer determines what Customer Personal Data is provided to PayScale or loaded into the Cloud Offering, and Customer will not provide PayScale or load Customer Personal Data into the Cloud Offering that is not necessary for PayScale to provide Customer the applicable PayScale Offering. (c) This Addendum applies when Customer Personal Data is Processed by PayScale in the course of providing the PayScale Offering to Customer pursuant to the Agreement. When Customer Personal Data is Processed by PayScale, PayScale will act as a “processor” to the Customer who may act as either the “controller” or “processor” of Customer Personal Data, as those terms are defined under EU Data Protection Law, except when Customer is acting as the “processor,” in which case PayScale is the “subprocessor.” (d) This Addendum does not apply to the extent PayScale is deemed a “controller” and does not reduce any data protection commitments PayScale has made to Customer in the Agreement.
Roles and Scope. (a) This DPA applies only to the collection, retention, use, disclosure, and sale or sharing, as the case may be, of Personal Data provided by Gen to, or which is Collected on behalf of Gen by, Provider to provide Services to Gen pursuant to the MPA or to perform a business purpose. (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree that Gen is a Business and appoints Provider as a Service Provider to Process Personal Data on its behalf and at its direction.

However, You and Citrix agree that when a Party referred to as “Controller” appears to be an actual processor, the other party referred to as “Processor” shall be deemed sub-processor of the actual processor.
