Safety Orientation. A. Unit 17 employees in twenty-four (24) hour facilities shall be provided orientation which includes safety policies, procedures, CPR, and the use of safety devices, within forty-five (45) days of hire. B. Safety orientation in other facilities shall be provided within forty-five (45) days; however, CPR training will be made available within twelve (12) months of hire.
