Safety Report. On or before the fourth day of each month, Unilever’s authorized person organizing and overseeing provision of services by the Partner requests from the Partner and submits to Unilever’s occupational safety service a safety report, including information about incidents and injuries that the Partner had on Unilever’s premises in the previous month and information about hours the Partner’s employees worked for Unilever in the previous month (including hours worked by subcontractors). Information about hours worked may be provided in the form of any official document, including an e- mail communication. Information about hours worked by the Partner on Unilever’s premises may be obtained from the ACS of Unilever’s site. Отчет по безопасности.
