  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. (D) Deduction in a salaried employee's salary may be made for the initial or terminal week of the salaried employee if the salaried employee fails to work the entire workweek.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives.   • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
