Salary Lanes. The following salary lanes shall qualify for advancement on the salary schedule: Bachelor's + 15, Bachelor's + 30, Bachelor's + 45, Bachelor's + 60, Master's, Master's + 15, Master's + 30, Master's + 45, Master's + 60/Specialist. Teachers with a doctoral degree shall receive an additional stipend above the step on the Specialist lane. Teachers who were placed on the Specialist/MA+60 or MA lane as a result of the provisions of previous agreements shall retain those placements. One semester credit equals one and a half quarter credits. The Salary Schedule will be based on quarter credits.

Salary LanesAdditional credits are semester credits. A quarter credit shall equal .67 semester credit. Example:. 3 quarter credits = 2 semester credits. Credits must be approved by the superintendent. The existing salary lanes are as follows: (1) B.A./B.S.: Satisfactory completion of a course of study leading to the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (2) B.A./B.S. plus 10: Ten approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (3) B.A./B.S. plus 20: Twenty approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (4) B.A./B.S. plus 30: Thirty approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (5) M.A./M.S. or B.A./B.S. plus 40: Satisfactory completion of a course of study leading to the granting of a M.A./M.S. degree or forty approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (6) M.A./M.S. plus 10 or B.A./B.S. plus 50: Ten approved graduate credits earned in addition to a M.A./M.S. degree or fifty approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (7) M.A./M.S. plus 20 or B.A./B.S. plus 60: Twenty approved graduate credits earned in addition to a M.A./M.S. degree or sixty approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (8) M.A./M.S. plus 30 or B.A./B.S. plus 70: Thirty approved graduate credits earned in addition to a M.A./M.S. degree or seventy approved graduate credits earned after the granting of a B.A./B.S. degree. (9) Specialist or M.A./M.S. plus 40: Satisfactory completion of a course of study leading to the granting of an Education Specialist Degree or 40 approved graduate credits earned in addition to a M.A./M.S. Degree. (10) Doctorate: Satisfactory completion of a course of study leading to the granting of an Education Doctorate Degree.
Salary Lanes x. Xxxx advancements will be granted if a teacher has earned a minimum of fifteen (15) KTI credits per lane-change block. b. A teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree shall earn four (4) semester hours or six (6) hours of graduate credit in an approved institution every three (3) years until he/she has earned a Master’s Degree. The degree shall be earned in his/her teaching field or in an area approved in advance by the Superintendent or designee. c. Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor’s Degrees will be recognized at the start of the semester following the awarding of the degree. d. BA + 15 - Preferably, these hours will be part of a program directed towards the attainment of the Master’s Degree. However, any staff member with fifteen (15) hours and beyond the Bachelor’s Degree can have these hours evaluated to establish qualifications for recognition on this column. e. MA + 15, MA + 30, MA+45, MA + 60 – These hours must be in the Teacher’s teaching field, or with approval of the Superintendent or designee, in a field that would be complementary to the Teacher’s teaching field or in a field in which the Teacher has aspirations as part of his/her future growth. Only hours earned after the attainment of the Master’s Degree will be considered. Hours should be of graduate level although special consideration may be given for certain undergraduate courses for which previous approval has been obtained.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates.   • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Range The 20 20 - 2 0 2 1 salary range for returning teachers is $39,000 to $75,846. The 2021-2022 salary range for returning teachers is $40,500-$77,392. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $40,000 and $79,346.

  • Salary Ranges A. The salary ranges for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix D. B. No one may be hired above or below the assigned salary range for his/her classification. Employees whose salaries are above the range assigned to their classification will have their salaries frozen until the salary range increases to include their salary.

  • Salary Sacrifice (a) Where an Employee wishes to have their pay salary sacrificed for additional superannuation, the Employer will comply with the Employee’s request without unreasonable delay and consistent with any relevant statutory requirements. (b) All entitlements and benefits contained in this Agreement will be calculated on the pre-salary sacrifice pay rate.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Each employer ratifying this Agreement will establish or, as necessary, review and update a deferred salary leave plan consistent with Regulations issued by Canada Revenue Agency under the Income Tax Act. The parties may use the Application, Agreement, and Approval Form as a template (see Appendix H) for the deferred salary leave plan.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
