Common use of Same Service Seniority Date Clause in Contracts

Same Service Seniority Date. (a) When seniority is to be the determining factor in the application of a provision of the BCIT/BCGEU Support Staff Collective Agreement, and the affected individuals’ seniority dates are found to be within a day of each other, it is agreed by the Parties that the payroll file will be reviewed to determine the number of hours actually worked.
