Saturday, Sunday, Holiday and Night Work. A. Work shall normally not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, observed holidays, or outside of the daytime working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or as indicated on the construction schedule. Lane closures are restricted to 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on arterial and collector streets, except for such work as may be necessary for proper care, maintenance, and protection of Work already completed, or in cases where the Work would be endangered or if hazards to life or property would result.

Saturday, Sunday, Holiday and Night Work. CPS Energy shall be notified by the Contractor when Contractor plans to work between 4:30 P.M. and 6:30 A.M. or on Saturdays, Sundays or CPS Energy legal holidays. The Contractor shall give CPS Energy twenty-four (24)-hour notification of such Work except for emergency Work, which may be done without prior notification.   • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours to be scheduled within the hours of operation.

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Holidays on Saturday or Sunday When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday.

  • Saturday Sunday and designated paid holidays shall not be counted in determining the time within which any action is to be taken or completed under the grievance procedure.

  • Sunday Employees at the Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:29 p.m. Sunday.

  • Civic Holiday 20.01 An employee who qualifies under Article 9 shall be paid for the Civic holiday.
