SCHEDULE OF WAGE RATES. 10.01 The Corporation agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept for the term of this Agreement the Schedule of hourly wage rates attached hereto as Schedule 1.
10.02 Probationary and temporary employees will be paid in accordance with Schedule 1 of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of the Employment Standards Act.
SCHEDULE OF WAGE RATES. 1. The omission of any pertinent wage rates from this list shall not be presumed to indicate that the associated category of labor will not be utilized on this Project.
2. This Schedule sets forth the wage rates and supplements required to be annexed to and to form part of the Specifications in contracts for public works pursuant to Subdivision 3 of Section 220 of the Labor Law of the State of New York. It is noted, however, that only the rates and supplements applicable to those classifications of workmen, laborers and mechanics actually involved in a particular contract need be annexed to the Contract as part of the Specifications.
3. The attached schedule of wages and supplements are considered the prevailing wage rate and the Contractor engaged in public work is obligated to pay each employee not less than the wages specified in this schedule for his/her craft, trade or occupation. All rates and supplements above are the basic rates and supplements and do not include overtime, shift differentials (if any), holidays, Saturday or Sunday rates or any other type of premium payments.
4. If the Contract is not awarded within ninety (90) Days of date of establishment of prevailing rates of wages, a request must be made for a re-determination of a schedule of wages by the awarding Agency.

13.02 Within each crew and section, senior qualified personnel shall operate vehicles and equipment provided that such senior personnel within their classification are available at the start of the shift or at any time during the shift that such vehicles or equipment must be operated. Save and except for Winter Operations; within each section, as defined in this Agreement, senior qualified personnel shall operate vehicles and equipment provided that such senior personnel within their classification are reasonably available at the beginning of the shift.
13.03 Pay day for all employees shall be bi-weekly and the pay day shall be Friday.
SCHEDULE OF WAGE RATES. 1. Engineer shall complete a PE 10-249 Pay Equity Report for all employees as part of this Agreement.
2. For the services rendered, the City shall pay the Engineer at a rate of 2.97 times direct payroll cost which shall be defined as the product of the employee’s basic hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours that employee expended on the project. The basic hourly rate shall be determined by dividing 40 hours into that employee’s regular salary for a 40-hour week. Direct payroll costs shall not include any fringe benefits.
3. For additional services of professional consultants engaged for engineering services; civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; and other professional specialty services the City shall pay at a rate of 1.1 times the amount billed to the Engineer for such services.
4. Reimbursable services shall be paid at actual cost.
SCHEDULE OF WAGE RATES. 13.01 The Corporation agrees to pay, the Union agrees to accept, from the effective date of this Agreement, the hourly rates and job categories attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
a) A Lead Hand or Mechanic Lead Hand when designated to fill in for a Supervisor will be paid a premium of $1.20 per hour above their rate of pay for hours worked.
b) A lead Hand, when designated to act as Winter Control Lead Hand in Charge, will be paid a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) above their rate of pay for hours worked when a supervisor is not present.
c) When a Mechanic Lead Hand or Supervisor is not on duty, the senior Mechanic on shift shall be appointed as the Mechanic Charge Person and paid an additional forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour while working as the Mechanic Charge Person. Effective January 1, 2017 – sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour
13.02 OPERATOR CHARGE PERSON In addition to the Operator Charge Person position, if a crew of two (2) or more employees (excluding crews of only Seasonals and Students, staff in the Arenas Division and Aquatics Division and those paid the same as or above the Operator Charge Person rate of pay) has been assigned to a particular work assignment and there is no lead hand or supervisor on the job site then the senior full-time qualified employee on the crew will receive the charge person rate of pay for all hours worked provided the employee is so assigned for a period of two (2) hours or greater.
a) In the absence of a lead hand or supervisor, the assigned senior qualified full- time employee in the Parks Division working the Afternoon and Weekend shift will be paid the charge person rate of pay for all hours worked.
b) An employee will be paid the charge person rate of pay if they are operating any of the following equipment:

An employee covered by this Agreement shall be paid basic hourly rates in accordance with the attached Appendix A "Schedule of Wages" which is hereby made a part of the Agreement. "Basic hourly rate" as used in the Agreement shall mean the straight time rate of pay per hour of the individual employee, exclusive of any premium pay, whether shift premium, overtime premium or other premium.
