Sunday Rates Sample Clauses
Sunday Rates. For employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, all work performed on Sundays shall be paid at the rate of time and one-third (1-1/3) of the straight-time hourly rate. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010 shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday.
Sunday Rates. Time worked on Sunday shall be paid at the overtime rates set forth in this Agreement.
Sunday Rates. All work performed on Sundays shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the straight time hourly rate. In the event the Employer should develop schedules where the rate of one-and- one-third (1⅓) the straight time hourly rate as a Sunday Rate would be desirable to the Employer, the Employer shall give notice to the Union of its desire to implement time-and-one-third (1⅓) as the Sunday Rate and upon such notice the Union shall not unduly withhold its agreement to convert from time-and-one- half (1½) to time-and-one-third (1⅓).
Sunday Rates. All time worked on Sunday shall be paid at a rate of double time with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
Sunday Rates. For work performed in ordinary hours on Sundays (not being a declared Public Holiday) an employee other than a casual will receive the following additional payment based on 1/38th of the appropriate weekly rate prescribed in clause 16: ▪ An additional 50% per hour. For casual employees the additional rates will be as follows: An additional 75% per hour in lieu of the 25% prescribed in clause 3.4.
Sunday Rates. Meat Department employees hired prior to July 13, 2011, working on Sunday shall receive $1.20 per hour premium pay in addition to their regular straight-time hourly rate. Employees hired on or after July 13, 2011, shall receive $1.00 per hour premium pay.
Sunday Rates. All employees ▇▇▇▇ receive an additional eighty (80) cents per hour above their regular rate, or overtime rate if applicable, for all time worked on Sunday. Effective May 1, 1989, rate shall be increased to ninety (90) cents per hour and effective May 1, 1990, this rate shall be increased to one dollar ($1 .00) per hour. This rate shall not apply to employees hired after October 24, 1988, who work less than twenty (20) hours per week on average.
Sunday Rates. An employee required to work authorised overtime on a Sunday shall be paid at the rate of double time.
