Schedule Preparation. The Contractor, promptly after being awarded the Contract, shall prepare and submit for the Owner's and A/E's review, a reasonably detailed CPM schedule for the Work. The schedule shall indicate the order, sequence, and interdependence of all items known to be necessary to complete the Work including construction, procurement, fabrication, and delivery of materials and equipment, submittals and approvals of samples, shop drawings, procedures, or other documents. Work items of the Owner, other Contractors, utilities and other third parties that may affect or be affected by the Contractor shall be included. If the Owner is required, by the Contract Documents, to furnish any materials, equipment, or the like, to be incorporated into the Work by the Contractor, Contractor shall submit, with the first schedule submittal, a letter clearly indicating the dates that such items are required at the Project Site. The critical path should be identified, including the critical paths for interim completion dates and milestones. The Contractor's schedule shall be updated at least once a month.
Schedule Preparation. The Design Professional shall prepare a detailed project schedule prior to execution of the Contract Agreement that will be incorporated into the contract agreement, as Exhibit F. Project Schedule shall be updated on a regular periodic basis as the project progresses. Design Professional shall provide services as necessary to meet the Project Schedule.

These days will be awarded where operationally practical and in order of seniority. Flight Crew Members awarded GDO’s in this manner will have assigned schedules. These days may be three (3) consecutive days, or two (2) consecutive days, or one specific day, or any Saturday/Sunday combination. Any requests for specific GDO’s beyond three (3) days, up to a maximum of five (5) days, may be awarded at Crew Planning’s discretion based on operational requirements and in accordance with seniority. f) A monthly schedule will include, but not be limited to the following information; i) All known flying, ii) Reserve duty, iii) Grey day, iv) Training duty, v) Deadhead duty, vi) GDO’s,

Schedule Preparation. Seller is responsible for the preparation of the content of the Schedules other than Schedules 1.1(d), 3.1(a) and 4.2(b); provided, however this provision shall not be interpreted to mean that such Schedules 1.1 (a) (c) or 1.4 are a complete listing of all Home Director business unit assets, contracts and liabilities prior to Closing and the terms of this Agreement only apply to the content of such Schedules.

  • Site Preparation Axon will provide a hardcopy or digital copy of current user documentation for the Axon Devices ("User Documentation"). User Documentation will include all required environmental specifications for the professional services and Axon Devices to operate per the Axon Device User Documentation. Before installation of Axon Devices (whether performed by Customer or Axon), Customer must prepare the location(s) where Axon Devices are to be installed ("Installation Site") per the environmental specifications in the Axon Device User Documentation. Following installation, Customer must maintain the Installation Site per the environmental specifications. If Axon modifies Axon Device User Documentation for any Axon Devices under this Agreement, Axon will provide the update to Customer when Axon generally releases it

  • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Preparation; Reasonable Investigation In connection with the ------------------------------------- preparation and filing of each registration statement under the Securities Act pursuant to this Agreement, the Company will give the holders of Registrable Securities registered under such registration statement, their underwriters, if any, and their respective counsel and accountants, the opportunity to participate in the preparation of such registration statement, each prospectus included therein or filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereof or supplement thereto, and will give each of them such access to its books and records and such opportunities to discuss the business of the Company with its officers and the independent public accountants who have certified its financial statements as shall be necessary, in the opinion of such holders' and such underwriters' respective counsel, to conduct a reasonable investigation within the meaning of the Securities Act.

  • Preparation of Reports The Servicer shall prepare and deliver such additional reports as required under this Servicing Agreement, including a copy of each Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 4.01(c)(ii), the annual statements of compliance, attestation reports and other certificates described in Section 3.03 and the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.04. In addition, the appropriate officer or officers of the Servicer shall (in its separate capacity as Servicer) sign the Sponsor’s annual report on Form 10-K (and any other applicable SEC or other reports, attestations, certifications and other documents), to the extent that the Servicer’s signature is required by, and consistent with, the U.S. federal securities laws and/or any other applicable law.
