Scheduling of Duty Hours. The scheduling of duty hours and workdays shall be 9 at the discretion of the District and subject to change, with ten (10) calendar days 10 advance notice except in case of emergencies. Each unit member shall be assigned a 11 regular minimum number of working hours per day and working days per year. All unit 12 members will be held accountable for strict adherence to the work schedule. If additional 13 time is needed the employee may submit a written request to their immediate supervisor 14 and the Human Resources Division. If a unit member has a worker compensation light 15 duty order from a doctor, the ten (10) calendar day notice required for a change of hours 16 may be waived and the unit member may be reassigned by the supervisor to duties and 17 time that meet the orders of the doctor.

Scheduling of Duty Hours. The Trainee will perform his/her duties under this Agreement during such hours as the Program Director may direct in accordance with the “Duty Hour Policy,” a copy of which is available in the FSU GME Office and from the Hospital, and is found in the Program Policy and Procedure Manual.
