Scheduling of Meal Periods and Relief Periods. Regular tours (7.5 hours): The first thirty (30) minutes of break time shall be considered the paid relief period and the second thirty (30) minutes will be considered an unpaid meal period. Extended tours (11.25 hours): The first forty-five (45) minutes of break time shall be considered paid relief period and the second forty-five (45) minutes of break time will be considered an unpaid meal period.
