Career Service Recognition Payment. A Director with ten (10) years of service in the District, giving three (3) months notice of retirement or one (1) month notice of severance, shall receive a $1,000 Career Service Payment for each year of service in the District to the Director’s Health Care Saving Plan (HCSP), no later than sixty (60) days following severance.

Career Service Recognition Payment. Eligible teachers shall receive five (5) annual payments of $4,000 to be paid in two (2) installments, the first pay period in December and the first pay period in May to a maximum total of $20,000; increased to $22,000 for the 2012-2013 school year and continuing thereafter. Teachers receiving the full $20,000 before the 2012-2013 school year are not eligible for the increase. Payment shall commence during a teacher’s first year of eligibility.
Career Service Recognition Payment. A principal with ten (10) years of administrative service in the District giving one (1) month notice of severance, shall receive $1,000 Career Service Payment for each year of service in the District to the Principal’s Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP), no later than thirty (30) days following severance. A principal, meeting all criteria outlined in this Section, does not need to qualify for retirement under the terms of the Teacher Retirement Association to be eligible for this Section.
Career Service Recognition Payment. If the Superintendent completes the term of this contract, and should the Superintendent leave employment in the School District for any reason other than termination for just cause, the Superintendent shall receive severance compensation calculated in following manner:

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.
