Extended Day Programs Clause Samples
The Extended Day Programs clause defines the terms and conditions under which additional before- or after-school care services are provided beyond standard school hours. It typically outlines eligibility, hours of operation, fees, and enrollment procedures for students who participate in these programs. By clearly specifying the structure and requirements of extended day offerings, this clause ensures that both parents and the institution understand their responsibilities and the scope of services, thereby preventing misunderstandings and facilitating reliable childcare arrangements.
