Common use of School Tuition Clause in Contracts

School Tuition. 23.1: An employee who on his or her days off attends an accredited college, university or trade school in a course or program related to police service, with the approval of the chief of police, shall be reimbursed by the Township for tuition, purchase of books, and other necessary materials required by the course. Employees shall be reimbursed by the Township within thirty (30) days upon submission of proper documentation that he or she is enrolled in the course.
