Schools Programme. Galway 2020 remains committed to working with schools. We are working closely with the PDST (Professional Development Service for Teachers), GRETB (Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board) and individual schools on the delivery of our schools programme. Given the restrictions in schools, in line with the re-opening, many of our projects have been revised. The following are the confirmed schools projects; Druid have developed an education programme for the first time. The resources created as part of the below will be uploaded to a new Education Page on xxxxx.xx and available there for free download. The schools resources include; - 6 x single-page Activity Sheets about Xxxx Xxxxxxx will be created for 3 distinct levels (Junior, Intermediate, Senior). These will have some fun exercises such as crosswords, wordsearches etc. plus an opportunity for further engagement by submitting some creative writing responses. - 2 x Videos aimed at Primary level: o Who is Xxxx Xxxxxxx? o Actors from the DruidGregory company reading out some of the responses submitted as part of the further engagement exercises - A bespoke Xxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx sent out to all primary school children in Galway - Teacher Resource Pack - 3 x secondary schools performances of On the Outside booked in (Kinvara, Glenamaddy, Tuam) and a possible further 3 with discussion ongoing. These performances included post-show discussion with key members of the acting company. - Education Pack aimed at TY-level about the play and the cultural context. In partnership with the PDST Galway2020 will now deliver an online teacher training module in the world of AR and VR. Two artists XxXx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx will pilot the work in 6 primary schools in partnership with CISCO and PDST. The project moved into development in September 2020. In partnership with the Mobile Library Service, To the Island will be gifted to every child starting school in Galway throughout the year. Galway 2020 have commissioned artist Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx to create music to accompany the book and both Xxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, author of the book, will tour to a number of schools via the library service for readings and performances. Symphonic Waves will continue the Symphonic Schools project in both Tuam and Ballinasloe with a focus on brass and woodwind.   • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works. 13.2 The program shall be supported with all the details regarding key personnel, equipment and machinery proposed to be deployed on the works for its execution. The contractor shall submit the list of equipment and machinery being brought to site, the list of key personnel being deployed, the list of machinery/equipment being placed in field laboratory and the location of field laboratory along with the Programme.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.
