Scope and Compensation. (a) During the Term, the Consultant shall provide strategic planning guidance to USEC relating to USEC’s uranium enrichment activities and other activities as may be requested from time to time by USEC. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, USEC at its expense shall continue to maintain Consultant’s current DOE “Q” clearance during the term of this Agreement.
Scope and Compensation. Consultant shall begin providing Services to the Company as a Consultant at 6:01 p.m. PT on March 20, 2009. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

Scope and Compensation. XXX agrees to perform the services described in the chain of custody to which these terms and conditions are attached. Unless the parties agree in writing to the contrary, the duties of LAB shall not be construed to exceed the services specifically described. LAB wi use LAB default method for all tests unless specified otherwise on the Work Order. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. All overdue payments are subject to an interest charge of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month or a portion thereof. Client shall also be responsible for costs of collection, including payment of reasonable attorney fees if such expense is incurred. The prices, unless stated, do not include any sale, use or other taxes. Such taxes will be added to invoice prices when required.
Scope and Compensation. When a Court with appropriate statutory jurisdiction (“Court”) issues an Order of Referral for Supervised Visitation or Exchanges “Court Order”, Contractor shall provide, for those court-ordered cases, supervised child visitation and supervised child exchange programs, further described below, whereby parents may visit with or exchange their children for visitation without risk of family violence. An example of said Court Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Scope and Compensation. A. The State Auditor shall conduct a financial and compliance audit of the Agency for FY17 in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, the Audit Act and the Audit Rule (NMAC Section 2.2.2.1 et seq.).
Scope and Compensation. ICFA Lab agrees to perform the services described in the proposal or agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. Unless the parties agree in writing to the contrary, the duties of ICFA Lab shall not be construed to exceed the services specifically described. Payment terms are net ten (10) days from the date of invoice. All overdue payments are subject to an interest charge of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month or a portion thereof. Client shall also be responsible for costs of collection, including payment of reasonable attorney fees if such expense is incurred. The prices, unless stated, do not include any sales, use or other taxes. Such taxes will be added to invoice prices when required. ICFA Lab reserves the right to require payment prior to release of data. Until such time as Client invoices are paid in full, ICFA Lab has no obligation, and will not defend, reproduce, or supplement data results.
Scope and Compensation. The scope of services and additional compensation of $119,980 are detailed in the SDI Proposal dated July 10, 2023 attached hereto as Attachment A and MBE/WBE special conditions.
