Scope of Agreement Term. 2.1 Motorola will provide to Customer the Services and Deliverables (if any). As part of the Services, Motorola will allow Customer only to use the Solution described on this site or in the Documentation. Motorola and Customer will perform their respective responsibilities as described in this Agreement. Customer will use the Services only for its internal business purposes and will not use the Services for the benefit of any outside person or entity without the express written permission of Motorola.

  • Scope of Agreement Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, and if Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in Control, Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunder); provided, however, that any termination of Executive’s employment during the Termination Period shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
