Supply of Vehicles. 16.2.1 The Company may provide full-time Employees with a serviced motor vehicle for the purposes of: - • Travel between their place of residence and work sites; • Transfer from site to site during working hours; • Carriage of other Employees, Company equipment or working materials as required; and, • Other purposes authorised by the Company. 16.2.2 The Company shall ensure that the motor vehicle provided is registered, insured and is in a fully roadworthy condition when it is provided to an Employee for use in accordance with this clause. The Company shall pay for the cost of fuel, oil and lubricants, other consumables, and maintenance for fair wear and tear. 16.2.3 An Employee supplied with a vehicle is required to comply at all times with applicable laws, and shall exercise due care in overall use of the Company vehicle provided, as well as in its garaging and security.

The Company shall pay for the cost of fuel, oil and lubricants, other consumables, and maintenance for fair wear and tear. 16.2.4 An Employee supplied with a vehicle is required to comply at all times with applicable laws and shall exercise due care in overall use of the Company vehicle provided, as well as in its garaging and security. 16.2.5 Employees shall be responsible for the following with Company Plant, Equipment and Vehicles while they are in charge of the plant, equipment or vehicle: • Maintaining fuel, oil, water and any other fluid levels; • Notifying the Company that servicing and or maintenance is required; • Maintaining all interior and exterior appearance in a clean state; • Keeping vehicles and/or plant locked/secured and in a secure place at all times when not in use; • Reporting to the Company any damage, however slight; • Any liability arising from the carrying of unauthorised passengers, breaches of road laws, or council parking regulations; • Keeping any logbook up to date; • Any liability for insurance excess where the plant, vehicle or equipment is used for personal use or the driver/operator is at fault or the driver/operator is under the influence of alcohol or a prohibited drug; • Where an Employee is responsible for damage to the Company’s or another person’s property or equipment due to the Employee’s negligence, the Employee will be liable to pay for the damage.

(c) An Employee supplied with a vehicle is required to always comply with applicable laws and shall exercise due care in overall use of the Company vehicle provided, as well as in its garaging and security. (d) An Employee supplied with a vehicle shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle is appropriately cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. Repairs to a vehicle for wear and tear that is above and beyond a level reasonable for the industry shall be the full responsibility of the Employee.

  • Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Each employee responding to or engaged in fire suppression activities will use the appropriate safety clothing and equipment. Each department is responsible for seeing that CAL/OSHA standards for safety clothing and equipment are provided and used for wildland firefighting. Wildland fire suppression safety clothing and equipment includes:  Safety helmet that meets the minimum standards required by California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 8, Section 3410.  Goggles, protection that meets the minimum requirements for design, construction and use as required by CCR, Title 8, Sections 3382 and 3404.  Ear protection to comply with CCR, Title 8, Sections 3405 and 3410(c).  Nomex hood, shroud, or equivalent face and neck protection.  Nomex shirt  Nomex pants  Gloves, CAL/OSHA approved for wildland firefighting.  Safety work boots, heavy-duty, lace-type, with deeply lugged soles and heels, and leather tops at least eight inches in height.  Wildland fire shelter

  • Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a.
