Scope of Services, Expected Outputs and Target Completion. The services required shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 2.1 The Contractor shall make available vehicles with fuel and drivers for UNDP project Indoor Residual Spraying with insecticide to control malaria in 34 administrative unit within the 8 localities of Gezira state and 23 administrative unit within the 7 localities of Sennar state. Provision of vehicles with drivers shall be on a daily and/or monthly basis and will be needed only from 1/8/2016 to 22/8/2016 for Sennar state and from1/8/2016 to 2/9/2016 for Gezira state. The actual starting date will be confirmed before signature of the contractor. 2.2 In addition, the Contractor will provide on a daily basis transportation of staff to and from their residence to different localities and administrative units within Sennar and Gezira states the workplace or other location if so is required by assigned staff of government or UNDP. 2.3 Average mileage per day is estimated to be between 30 minimum to 350 maximum kilometers, please note that the travel distance vary from day to day based on the distance between Madani and the targeted localities and administrative units with the localities, for more information that can guide the contractor to estimate the distance ,please refer the tables shows the names of administrative units to be reached on daily basis within the 8 localities of Gezira state and 7 localities of Sennar state . 2.4 UNDP will in all cases provide the Contractor with specific requests for transport. The request will include the number and type of vehicles, number of passengers and the destination. 2.5 If the vehicle is out of order or the driver is not available during the agreed hours, UNDP shall be entitled to receive replacement of the non-functional vehicle/driver without hampering normal business process. Otherwise UNDP shall be entitled to a prorate rebate on the fees. 2.6 Working hours in general will be from 07:00 am to 10:30 pm daily including weekends. Working hour includes- break for - meals as per the supervisor schedule.
Scope of Services, Expected Outputs and Target Completion. The UNCC comprises a four-storey office building on approximately 2,188 sqm, nine villas with 18 accommodation rooms on approximately 1,318 sqm, and out buildings (cafeteria, water purification plant, kitchen and security search area). Twelve (12) staff stay at the UNCC on a full-time basis but the number shall vary due to staff travel in and out of Garowe. The Contractor shall provide, catering, cleaning, laundry, gardening, maintenance and repair (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and minor civil works). Services shall be rendered six (6) days a week except for the catering which will be required seven (7) days a week. Subject to prevailing local conditions, the UN may approve requests for variations to staffing schedule. The services will be provided by the Contractor in conformity to the TOR, UNDP General Terms & Conditions. Provision of cafateria services for UNCC staff and visitors. An average number of 4 guests per days may require three times meals. The contractor xxxx and kitchen staff will prepare and serve the food at the UNCC cafateria. The Contractor shall prepare and serve meals based on agreed upon menu three times a days. The exact timing of the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be decided by UNDP Operations. A weekly menu of selected items will be prepared by the contractor xxxx for approval of UNDP Operations and shall be posted on the UNCC dining room. Any changes to the menu will discussed and approved by the UNDP Operations Manager. The Contractor will also cater for conferences/meetings and social events on an adhoc basis.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before December 31, 2020 Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. 6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.

  • Development Milestones In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 7.1, LICENSEE specifically commits to achieving (either itself or through the acts of a SUBLICENSEE) the following development milestones in its diligence activities under this AGREEMENT: (a) (b).

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
