Seafarers. For the purpose of Chapter 7 of the Maritime Regulations, seafarers means any and all members of the crew and officers other than the Master and pilots, employed or engaged in any capacity on board any vessel.

Seafarers. A person of any nationality employed as an officer or member of a crew on a vessel which flies the flag of one Contracting State and who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both Contracting States shall be subject to the laws of only the Contracting State whose flag the vessel flies. The activity pursued on a vessel which flies the Swiss flag shall be deemed to be an activity pursued on the territory of Switzerland.   • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B.
