Section 16.7. 22 All employees will be paid on the last business day of the month.

Section 16.7. 14 For purposes of calculating daily hours, time worked shall be rounded to the next one-quarter (¼) hour.
Section 16.7. 46 In the event of funding reductions owing to double levy failure, hours, wages, and working conditions 47 contained in this Agreement will immediately be subject to negotiations at the request of either party.
Section 16.7. 25 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during working hours shall 26 be reimbursed for such travel on a per-mile basis at a rate established annually by the Board of 27 Directors.
Section 16.7. 31 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle shall be reimbursed on a 32 per-mile basis at the maximum allowable mileage rate recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 33 deductible business expense, or the District approved rate, if higher.
Section 16.7. 23 Employees required to attend orientation will receive regular wage for all hours in attendance.
Section 16.7. 37 Employees who attend training courses required by State regulation or the District as a condition of 38 employment will be paid by the District at the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for all time in 39 attendance plus fees, tuition or transportation cost. 40
Section 16.7. 34 In the event a building administrator has assigned school coordinator responsibilities to any one 35 paraeducator for one (1) hour or more per day for the purpose of duty-free lunch and mandatory break 36 coverage, that paraeducator will receive the assistant secretary rate of pay for that hour of coverage at 37 the nearest step that provides a wage increase of at least three (3%) percent.
