Equipment and Clothing. A. The Employer shall not require bargaining unit members to furnish their own tools or work implements in order to perform state work. B. The Employer shall provide uniforms to all bargaining unit members required to wear such prescribed apparel. A uniform is defined as a set of wearing apparel required by the Employer to be of a specific color and style.

Equipment and Clothing. A seventy dollar ($70) annual allowance will be paid to employee required by the appointing authority to wear safety shoes during the course of their employment. Such payment will be made on or about October 1 of each contract year. An otherwise eligible employee hired on or after October 1, but before April 1 of any contract year shall also receive this allowance. Such payment will be made on or about April 1. Employees hired on or after April 1 shall not be eligible for such payment for that contract year. Effective July 1, 2006 the annual allowance for safety shoes shall be increased to eighty-five dollars ($85). Effective July 1, 2007 it shall be increased to ninety-five dollars ($95) and effective July 1, 2008 the safety shoe allowance shall be one hundred ten dollars ($110). The State will continue to furnish the employee with other equipment or clothing now being supplied as long as the need for such equipment and clothing exists.
Equipment and Clothing. 5.1 The Club will provide the Player with the necessary training and match equipment, i.e. clothing, protec- tion gear, training shoes and football shoes/boots (and goalkeeping gloves in the case of goalkeep- ers), and the Player must wear it to the extent not otherwise provided in Sections 5.1-5.3 below. Instead of the football boots provided by the Club, the Player is entitled at the Club's expense to choose other football boots from a supplier desig- nated by the Club if the Player submits a medical certificate in this regard. The Player is entitled at the Player's own expense to wear other football boots (and goalkeeping gloves in the case of goal- keepers) than those provided by the Club. 5.2 The Player is entitled to conclude personal endorse- ment contracts concerning or receive a fee for wearing football boots (and goalkeeping gloves in the case of goalkeepers). Unless otherwise agreed, however, the Player is not entitled to conclude such contract with or receive such fee from firms com- peting with any principal or exclusive sponsors of the Club. If the Club has one or more principal and/ or exclusive sponsors for football boots and goal- keeping gloves, the Club must inform the Player before the start of each half of the season. 5.3 Unless otherwise agreed, however, the Player must

The Union will exercise economy in the operation of this plan. 35.03 All employees covered by this Collective Agreement, except when working in circumstances that do not require, shall be required to wear flame retardant orange safety clothing and CSA approved safety footwear while on duty for the Company. a) It is the personal responsibility of each Employee to report to their immediate supervisor any defects in tools, protective clothing or safety equipment. 35.04 Regular Office Employees will have the opportunity to participate in the Company’s Clothing Allowance program. Each regular Office Employee will have an allowance of one hundred fifty ($150) per year towards “Company Wear” only. Purchase of this clothing is executed through an approved supplier, (this amount does not possess a cash value and may not be carried over from year to year).

Equipment and Clothing. 13.1 Clothing The City agrees to provide work gloves, rubber boots, coveralls and such other protective clothing to be determined by the Mayor, or designated representative, and as required by State and Federal Safety regulations, for use by members as duties require. 13.2 City Issued Employees who are issued equipment for City use will have that equipment receipted to them and will be responsible for its proper use. When the equipment issued becomes damaged, broken, unsafe, or unserviceable, it must be turned in to the City to be repaired or replaced. Employees shall use all reasonable means to protect and secure all City property, equipment, and supplies.

Employees will be entitled to the following clothing specific to their job each school year: 1. Custodians and Food Service will receive a $100 allowance towards work- appropriate shoes. Original receipts must be submitted and approved by the supervisor prior to reimbursement. 2. Paraprofessionals will receive a staff shirt provided by the District. 3. Custodians will be provided a jacket by the District.
