Section 17.2.4. 1. 13 All current assistants in the categories of Assistant Custodian, Assistant Grounds, and 14 Assist Mechanic will be moved to Custodian, Grounds and Mechanic respectively 15 effective September 1, 2016. (i.e. 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, & 6:45) 31 Section 17.4. 32 Any employee required by the District to travel in a private vehicle shall be reimbursed for such travel 33 on a per-mile basis at the current IRS rate for mileage reimbursement. 35 Section 17.5. 36 When employees are required to remain out-of-District, overnight, on District business, the District 37 agrees, where possible, to furnish reasonable room and board or when not possible, to reimburse the 38 employee for reasonable room and board expenditures. Receipts shall be required to verify 39 expenditures. 40 41 Section 17.6. 42 Employees required by State Regulations or District policy to attend training, execute certificates, or 43 become recertified, as a condition of continued employment, shall be reimbursed for all fees, costs 44 and/or expenses. Employees shall also be compensated at the current Step 0 wage for their 45 classification for all time expended as "hours worked" pursuant to Section 17.1 above.
