Section 24.2. 19 All provisions of this agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this agreement 20 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in 24.3.
Section 24.2. 15 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this agreement, subject to the terms and 16 conditions of Section 26.3. Should the date of execution of this agreement be subsequent to the 17 effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Anyone who provides one or more 13 of the related services duties identified above would be considered by the District for inclusion within 14 the educational support designation.
