Common use of Section 4.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.6. 2 Visitation rights shall be granted to the designated representative of Public School Employees of 3 Washington/SEIU Local 1948 to visit with employees in the bargaining unit for the purpose of 4 representation grievance procedures and/or general information. The visiting delegate shall notify 5 the school district of his/her arrival. Visits described above shall not interfere with the normal 6 operation of the school district.
