Security / Passwords. Customer will take all reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Licensed Products. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s or any User’s account in connection with the Licensed Products. Such accounts are non-transferable and are solely for the personal use of Customer or the applicable User to which such account is assigned. Customer agrees to immediately notify Scholastic of any unauthorized use of any such account, or any other actual or suspected breach of security or confidentiality with respect to any such account, and, in such event, Scholastic may terminate such account without liability and without limiting any other remedy under this Agreement or applicable law. Customer assumes all responsibility, liability and risk associated with the use of any Licensed Product feature that does not require passwords, with the failure of Customer or any User to set a password where there is an option to do so, and with the level of strength or security of any password selected by Customer or any User.

Security / Passwords. You may assign and use a security password on your Logix account(s) as an added element to our authentication of your identification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logix Federal Credit Union for any claims that arise against us because of our reliance on a security password. You may make withdrawals, deposits or transfers to or from your account(s) (as permitted by account type and transaction limitations) by any of the following means applicable to the account: by check; automated teller machine (ATM) and/or ATM card; debit card; in person; by mail; ACH; preauthorized or automatic funds transfer; payroll deduction; direct deposit; by telephone; via night or lobby branch depository; Telephone Banking Service; Online Banking Service; Remote Deposit Capture Service (eDeposit Mobile); or such other method as we may approve and provide to you. It may be necessary to apply for a specific service or product in order to obtain a particular access capability. Account(s) may not be transferred by any Account Owner except by a change in ownership that is reflected on our records. A transfer that occurs due to death, incompetence, marriage, divorce, attachment or otherwise by operation of law, shall not be binding on us until we have received sufficient documentation, in its discretion, and an updated New Account Application has been executed. With the exception of IRAs, Checking Accounts, Money Market, Xxxxxx, UTMA, CUTMA and court ordered blocked accounts, shares (funds on deposit) in Savings and Certificate Accounts may be pledged as collateral security for any loan, subject to our current loan policies. Any Account Owner may pledge any or all shares (funds) in a Savings or Certificate Account as collateral security for a loan. Further, a pledge of shares by any one Account Owner shall be binding on all Account Owners. The pledge shall be subordinate to and subject to any right of Logix to collect any debt of any Account Owner to us from the account. We may require any or all Account Owner(s) to execute a Pledge Agreement and may require that any Pledge Agreement be executed before a notary. You accept that in order to provide reliable customer access AUX must have a robust procedure for re-issuing forgotten passwords. You accept the details of this password reset process. You accept that the re-issue of a password entitles AUX to suspend your right to immediate withdrawal for a period not exceeding six weeks.
