Security / Passwords. Customer will take all reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Licensed Products. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s or any User’s account in connection with the Licensed Products. Such accounts are non-transferable and are solely for the personal use of Customer or the applicable User to which such account is assigned. Customer agrees to immediately notify Scholastic of any unauthorized use of any such account, or any other actual or suspected breach of security or confidentiality with respect to any such account, and, in such event, Scholastic may terminate such account without liability and without limiting any other remedy under this Agreement or applicable law. You accept that in order to provide reliable customer access AUX must have a robust procedure for re-issuing forgotten passwords. You accept the details of this password reset process.
