Select Days Off. When consistent with the department's need for appropriate staffing, seniority shall be used to select days off in work schedules developed by the department.

Days Off 17.1 The Employer shall schedule a minimum of two (2) consecutive days off for each full-time employee each week provided that it is recognized that due to the nature of the Employer’s operation in providing a public service, the scheduling of two (2) consecutive days off may not always be feasible. The Employer may request through the Union that the employee forego two (2) consecutive days off.
Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week. Where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx, to the Employer’s satisfaction, that scheduling of consecutive days off can be accomplished without an adverse effect on the operation of the department, the Employer shall do so.
Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO).
Working Days E9.9 Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.
Bereavement Days A. All employees may use up to (5) sick days for bereavement days for deaths in the immediate family. Immediate Family is defined as spouse, children, grandchildren, brother, sister, parents, grandparents and parent-in-law, brother/sister-in-law except that a relative living in the same household may, for the purpose of this section, be considered as of the immediate family. Two (2) of the sick days will not be chargeable to the employee's sick day bank.
Sick Days Employees will be provided with 6 sick days per calendar year. Sick days are paid at 75% of the employee’s step rate.
Weeks Twenty (20) Years Five (5)
Weekends Off (Full-Time and Regular Part-Time) In scheduling shifts the Hospital will endeavour to arrange schedules so as to provide for a minimum of eight (8) weekends off in every twenty-four (24) week period, and, in any event, at least one (1) weekend off in each three (3) week period. Where a weekend off is not granted within a three week period, time worked on such third weekend and every subsequent weekend shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half.
