SELECTION OF WINNERS. Entrants will be judged based on the following factors: (i) creativity; (ii) displayed strength of fandom; and (iii) alignment with the LA Clippers brand. One (1) Entrant will be selected as the Prize Winner at approximately 7:30 p.m. on November 29, 2021 by the Administrator based on all Entrants. In the event an Entrant (and/or his or her companion(s) (if applicable)) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or supervising staff in their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the individual’s participation in the Contest and remove them from the Game. Sponsor will select one (1) alternate Prize Winner according to the same criteria. In the event the Prize Winner is deemed ineligible or forfeits the Prize, Sponsor will notify the alternate Prize Winner of his/her/their selection as the alternate Prize Winner.

SELECTION OF WINNERS. After the end of the last Eligible Game of each Weekly Contest, all Participants that answer the highest number of questions with correct predictions relating to the Eligible Games correctly in such Weekly Contest will win an equal share of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in FanDuel credit (“Weekly Prize”, and collectively the “Prize(s)”). The correct answer(s) will be determined in Promoter’s sole discretion based on the official results of the Eligible Games as determined by 9:00 AM ET on the immediately following Monday; any later official revisions will NOT be taken into account in determining whether a Participant correctly chose an answer. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize or share of the Weekly Prize (as the case may be) per individual per contest.
