Semi-Annual Seniority List Posting. The Employer will prepare and post a seniority list and provide a copy to the Union by April 15th and September 15th of each year. The list will be updated annually and will contain each employee’s name, job classification and seniority date. The list will be arranged in descending order of seniority. For the purpose of this posting, the seniority list will not include military service credit. Employees will have thirty (30) calendar days in which to appeal their seniority date to their Human Resources Office, after which time the date will be presumed correct.
