Senior Executive Officer. Any of the president, chief financial offer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower, Seller or Manager, as the case may be. Standard & Poor’s or S&P. Standard & Poor’s Ratings Group. Subsidiary. Any corporation, association, trust, or other business entity of which the designated parent shall at any time own directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary or Subsidiaries at least a majority (by number of votes) of the outstanding Voting Stock.
Senior Executive Officer. Senior Executive Officers are as defined in clause 3.10 of this Agreement.

Senior Executive Officer. An employee classified as a Senior Executive Officer is one whose duties and responsibilities exceed those specified in the definitions for Bands 1 to 8, however their salary package is below the Senior Officer remuneration threshold. Kingston and a Senior Executive Officer may enter into an employment agreement in accordance with Clause 11.1 and 12 of this Agreement. Unless expressly excluded by a clause in this Agreement, Senior Executive Officers are covered by the terms of this Agreement.
Senior Executive Officer. At the time of engagement the employer will advise each employee of the terms of their engagement and in particular whether they are full-time, permanent part-time, casual or temporary.
Senior Executive Officer. 14.11.1. WPW and an employee who may be designated as a Senior Executive Officer (‘SEO’) under Appendix A of the Agreement may enter into an individual SEO agreement. The agreement will not affect tenure but it will operate to exclude the operation of specified provisions in this agreement such as rates of pay, allowances and expenses, overtime and penalty rates, higher duties and out of hour’s availability. Providing that, overall, when compared with this agreement, the employee will not be disadvantaged by entering into the individual agreement.
14.11.2. Such agreement may include salary sacrifice arrangements providing that such arrangements do not result in additional cost to WPW, and are in accordance with Clause 44 – Salary Packaging
14.11.3. The employee may nominate a representative to assist in negotiations leading to an individual agreement
Senior Executive Officer. The CFO or other senior executive officer of the Parent. TERM PAYMENT AMOUNT. See definition of "Pro Rata Payment".
