Senior Retail Specialist a. For layoff and recall purposes, Senior Retail Specialist employees shall have seniority with the Employer covered by this agreement within the classifications set forth in SECTION 4.1 above. Provided further that employees who are promoted or hired into department head positions will be given seniority within the department head classification only after they have been in the department head position for eighteen (18) months with seniority to then date from his/her first day in the department head position. During the eighteen (18) month period the employee will retain protection of his/her classification from which he/she was promoted and will add seniority time in that classification during that period.
Senior Retail Specialist employees who work on New Year's Day shall be paid at time and one-half the regular rate of pay for all such hours worked. Compensation for work on the summer holidays shall be straight-time for all hours up to eight (8) in addition to holiday pay provided the employee is eligible for holiday pay based on the eligibility rules of this ARTICLE 5. Hours worked in excess of eight (8) on the summer holidays shall be compensated at time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time rate.
Senior Retail Specialist. A Senior Retail Specialist employee shall be an employee who normally works thirty-two (32) hours or more per work week, exclusive of hours worked on Sundays or Holidays ("full-time"). At all times, a minimum of twenty percent (20%) of the Employer's total bargaining unit work force (as defined in SECTION 3.1) shall be Senior Retail Specialist employees.

  • Senior Level Negotiations If after fifteen (15) Days of receipt of the Dispute Notice Response by the submitting party or, in the event that the receiving party fails to timely submit a Dispute Notice Response, either Party may, by providing written Notice to the other party, request that the Dispute be resolved by direct negotiations between senior level negotiators of the parties (“Senior Level Negotiations Notice”). It is within each party’s discretion to determine who constitutes a senior level negotiator, and this person may be, among other possibilities, a senior executive or in-house counsel. The senior level negotiators shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary to exchange information and attempt to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) Days after the Senior Level Negotiations Notice is given to the other party.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Seniority Roster The District shall maintain an updated seniority roster, indicating employee's class seniority and hire date seniority. Such rosters shall be available to CSEA.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • JOINT CONSULTATION 21.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussion aimed at the development and introduction of appropriate machinery for the purpose of providing joint consultation on matters of common interest.

  • Seniority Rosters Quarterly, the Employer shall prepare a roster of all bargaining unit employees in an institution, geographic jurisdiction or Agency as appropriate. The roster will list employees in descending order of State seniority credits and will contain each employee’s name, State seniority credits, and Institutional seniority credits if applicable. Seniority rosters will be provided to the Chapter President or Assembly President and posted in the work areas of affected employees. Where available, the Employer may provide an electronic posting of the roster in lieu of a paper roster. Each employee’s individual employee seniority credits will be displayed on the employee’s earnings statement.

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

  • Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

  • Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. The NYSCS may be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.
