Seniority Credit for Trainee Time. An employee appointed to a Corrections Officer trainee classification for three (3) or more weeks or an employee working under a provisional appointment as a Corrections Officer 1, Classification Seniority shall be credited to the date of hire at the time an employee begins to serve a probationary period in a related classification.

Seniority Credit for Trainee Time. An employee appointed to a Corrections Officer 22 trainee classification for three (3) or more weeks or an employee working under a 23 provisional appointment as a Corrections Officer 1, Classification Seniority shall be credited 24 to the date of hire at the time an employee begins to serve a probationary period in a 25 related classification. 1 (a) Effective July 30, 1991, in the case of an employee who previously served as an 2 intermittent Corrections Officer 1 without a break in service, Classification Seniority 3 shall be determined by totaling the number of hours worked prior to the full-time status, 4 converting these hours to eight (8) hour work days, and increasing the employee’s 5 Classification Seniority by the resulting number of work days.

  • Seniority Accumulation (a) (i) Part-time employees shall have their seniority expressed on the basis of number of hours worked in the bargaining unit. (The foregoing is for clarity only and therefore does not modify an employee’s level of seniority under this collective agreement or previous collective agreements.)

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.
