Seniority of an Employee Assigned to Another Craft. A Except as provided for in Section 4I, above, a full-time regular employee assigned to another craft or occupational group in the same or lower level in the same installation shall take the senior- ity for preferred tours and assignments, whichever is the lesser of (a) one day junior to the junior full-time regular employee in the craft or occupational group, (b) retain the seniority the em- ployee had in the employee's former craft.
B A part-time flexible employee who is permanently assigned to a full-time regular or part-time flexible assignment in another craft, under the provisions of this Article, shall begin a new pe- riod of seniority. If assigned as a part-time flexible, it shall be at the foot of the part-time flexible roll.
