Server Administrator. Will be responsible for providing server support to ensure operational efficiency by installing, maintaining software updates, designing and implementing new system structures, monitoring server activity, and auditing server security. This includes planning for and responding to service outages and other server related problems. Administrators will manage and monitor drive space and provide high level training and technical support to others. Must be able to work with Network and direct attached storage configuration and management, including iSCSI and fiber attached storage. Analyze and advise on software and hardware upgrades. Develop a comprehensive domain structure for County and maintain activity logs and statistics. Knowledge should include a professional understanding of Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, rights management, basic networking, anti-virus and enterprise storage management.

Server Administrator. Manage AEM Infrastructure: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. • Server Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor server performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and implement measures to improve efficiency. Server Administrator. Note: If the resource is not available for any major reason such as sickness of self/ parents / spouse / children; marriage etc., the firm should seek permission for the same along with reasons certified by HR and provide suitable replacement during the days of leave. Such permitted leaves shall not be treated as absence of manpower, if due replacement is provided for the said period. However, payment of approved excess leaves (other than permitted maximum 2 days leave in a month) shall not be made based on the per day pay-out of the respective resource.   • Settlement Administrator 1. The Settlement Administrator shall administer various aspects of the Settlement as described in Section IV and perform such other functions as are specified for the Settlement Administrator elsewhere in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, overseeing the distribution of the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members; providing E-mail Notice to Settlement Class Members as described in Section VII; establishing and operating the Settlement Website and a toll-free number.

  • Contract Administrator 22.1. ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance in monitoring the terms of this Agreement

  • ADMINISTRATOR 20 9. Provide written notice of termination of services to each Client being served under this 21 Agreement, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of termination notice.   • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Appointment of Administrator Each Trust hereby appoints EIS as Administrator of the Trust and each of its series listed on SCHEDULE A attached hereto on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and EIS hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement in consideration of the compensation provided for in Section 4 hereof.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Servicer The Servicer is authorized to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust or Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Servicer a limited power of attorney appointing the Servicer the Trust's agent and attorney-in-fact to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.
