Service Bonus. On a once only basis on completion of an employee’s 25th year of continuous service from their most recent date of hire, they will be entitled to one (1) bonus week of vacation entitlement. If the employee never received the bonus week of vacation they will be eligible for one (1) bonus week of vacation in the year of retirement with a minimum of 20 years of continuous service.

Service Bonus. For the second and each subsequent year of service completed after February 28th, 1979, and for which an employee receives an annual vacation pay, extended vacation pay will be increased by a 20-hour service bonus. Such service bonus will be paid at the same time as extended vacation pay and at the standard hourly rate of the regular job held at each service year anniversary date in the applicable period of years preceding the date EV is paid.

For any employee hired before 8/1/19, The Board shall grant a service bonus in the amount Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($300.00) per year for every completed year of service to District #205 provided the worker has a minimum of ten (10) years of service to the District and has informed the District three (3) months in advance of their last day of work. The bonus shall be payable in full no earlier than 31 days, nor more than 60 days after, the final day of work. Full years of service are computed from the date of hire. In the event an employee has a catastrophic illness verified by a doctor or upon their death, the service bonus will be paid in lump sum to them or to a named beneficiary provided the employee meets the criteria established above.
Service Bonus. If a driver has been employed for more • than 5 years continuously he receives $20 extra per week. • 10 years continuous $40 per week. • 15 years continuous $60 per week. The maximum bonus an employee can receive is $60 per week.
Service Bonus. That all employees be granted five dollars ($5.00) or part thereof per month increase after five (5) years continuous service and that a further five dollars ($5.00) per month be granted for such subsequent five (5) years of continuous service.
