Service Connection. After the Customer’s installation has been inspected and approved by the proper authority, a meter will be installed by MPS and electric service made available provided that all applications, agreements, and deposits have been submitted by the Customer and approved by MPS. Written affidavits and requests must be received by MPS by 24 hours preceding the date that connection is desired. Weekends and holidays are excluded and affidavits and requests will not be received at those times.
Service Connection. The term "service connection” refers to the point of connection of a user's piping to the Missoula Water system.
Service Connection any and all couplings, service lines/connections, cisterns, and other and equipment or facilities necessary for providing the Services (the “Service Connection”) must comply with this Agreement, as well as all County standards, Bylaws and Service Policies.

The Meter Card will contain apart from the initial meter reading, full information regarding consumer’s name, premises, connected load, meter No., date of connection, tariff classification, service connection, rental, No. of outlets, size of fuse wire and meter reading date
2. The consumer is required to witness in the sealing register to be maintained by the Board in token of the meter and cut-out in his premises having been sealed by the Engineer and fitted up in proper condition.
3. The consumer shall be responsible for the safe custody of the Meter and other properties of the Board in his premises.
4. The number assigned to each installation (which will also be written on the Meter Board) should invariably be quoted in all correspondence with the Board, to ensure prompt attention by the Board.
Service Connection. 7. The maintenance, repair, and replacement of all of that portion of the Service Connection lying above on or under the Lands (being the lands owned by the Subscriber) shall be the responsibility of the Subscriber, in accordance with the provisions of s. 28 of the Act.
8. Notwithstanding the fact that the maintenance, repair and replacement of all facilities lying under the Lands lies with the Subscriber, the ownership of any stop-cock, shut off valve and any Water Meter located on the Lands is and shall be vested in the Utility, no such apparatus may be installed, replaced, repaired, removed, turned on or turned off or otherwise operated by the Subscriber without the express written permission of the Utility.
Service Connection. A Service Connection charge applies to work done in the Company's central office and elsewhere when it is necessary to connect the customer's telephone line to the network. This work involves extending the telephone line from the customer's premises to the serving central office and making appropriate connections within the serving central office.
Service Connection. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to contact the utility company. The electric company (refer to utility contacts) will furnish the connection and power at the locations shown on the Contract Drawings. The service connection shown on the plans is only approximate. The electric company will connect and disconnect power as required. No work shall be done in manholes or on power poles without a representative of the electric company being present. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating work with Eversource. The utility will provide a stub conduit connection at the underground structure, furnish the wire and make the connection from the power source to the meter socket. The Contractor will install the conduit connecting the stub connection to the controller cabinet foundation. The Contractor shall furnish and install, or cause to be installed, all service equipment to the satisfaction of the electric utility company. It shall also be the Contractor's responsibility to pay all charges to the utility company for performing the work previously described. Openings where cables enter the bottom of the controller cabinet and each pullbox shall be sealed with approved elastic sealing compound. No direct reimbursement will be made under this contract to the Contractor for payments made to electric company, it being understood that full compensation for any payment made by the Contractor to the utility company will be included in the contract prices bid. Grounding Cable - Grounding cable shall be bare copper No. 8 AWG wires.
Service Connection. OWNER xxxxxx agrees he shall connect the service lines to the DISTRICT’S distribution system. Water charges to the OWNER shall commence on the date water service is made available by the DISTRICT, regardless of whether OWNER is using of said water service.
