Service Environment. 8.1 The Contractor shall at all times comply with all Law, regulation, requirement and Good Practice applicable to it, in relation to the Premises and the Equipment and ensure the Premises and the Equipment:
8.1.1 is suitable for the performance of the Services;
8.1.2 complies with any applicable Law and Good Practice relating to health and safety and is a safe Premises in which to provide the Services; and
8.1.3 is sufficient to enable the Services to be provided at all times and in all respects in accordance with this Agreement.
8.2 The Contractor shall store and use all Equipment strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and any written clarification provided by the manufacturer.

3.1 Scope of the Infrastructure to be Supported The following sub-sections and related service environment appendices further describe and scope the Data Center environment to be supported and/or with which the Vendor shall comply. These service environment appendices are to be continually maintained by Vendor as new Vendor services and environment components are added and as removed, reviewed with the County, and updated by Vendor and made available to the County on a quarterly basis.
