Service outside Normal Working Hours. 6.1. Extended services performed outside of the hours of 9:00 am – 5.30 pm Monday through Friday, on public holidays, shall be deemed chargeable unless otherwise stated or defined as part of your contract.

Should third party vendor support charges be required in order to resolve any issues, these will be payable by the Client (though EXCALIBUR shall first obtain the Client’s authorisation to incur them). Virus Recovery for Current, Licensed Antivirus protected systems Attempted recovery from damages caused by virus infection not detected and quarantined by the latest Antivirus definitions is covered under the terms of this Agreement.
