Service Request Call Handling and Technical Call Screening. Gap will provide a help desk to receive the initial call from users reporting problems with Covered Machines or seeking technical support with respect to Covered Machines. In the case of calls reporting Problems with Covered Machines, Gap Store Support will perform the initial Problem determination, including those tasks in Section 4, Gap Retained Responsibilities, and any responsibilities specifically identified as a Gap responsibility as part of the Technical Call Screening Process mutually developed and agreed to pursuant to Section 1.2 (Customer Replaceable Units (CRU)) of this Attachment A. If Gap Store Support requires technical support from Supplier to assist in resolving a reported Problem or determines that On-site Break/Fix Services will be necessary to resolve the Problem, Gap Store Support will place a Service Request to Supplier indicating the Priority Response Level requested. Supplier will provide the Maintenance Services as described in this Attachment A and the Agreement to resolve such Problem. Supplier’s call placement system shall be available to receive Gap Service Request calls (and conduct technical call screening and remote Problem resolution) *. In addition, electronic access to Supplier’s call placement system and the * to Gap’s current electronic trouble ticket system shall be available (i.e., on-line and available to accept data input or entry) *, subject to the Supplier Call Center Availability Service Level in Exhibit B.1 (Service Level Matrix).   • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time.   • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support. Subject to Distributor's payment of the Maintenance Fees set forth in EXHIBIT A Siebel shall provide Third-Line Support to Distributor in accordance with Siebel's then current Maintenance and Support Services Policy.   • Deliverables Upon completion of each Test for each Reviewable Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall record a finding based on the issues discovered. Findings categories are listed as follows: • Evidence that the applicable Test was satisfied (“Satisfied Test”); • Evidence that the applicable Test was not satisfied (“Unsatisfied Test”); and • Test incomplete as a result of missing or insufficient documentation (“Unsatisfied Test – Missing Required Documents”).

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update.   • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • System and Data Access Services a.System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
