SERVITUDES. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller may in future require access and/or services servitudes to be registered over the Private open space in favour of adjoining xxxxx, in order to accommodate the proper functioning of the development as a whole. In order to enable the Seller to register the said servitudes, the Purchaser hereby agrees and consents to such registrations. There shall be no consideration payable by either party to the other or to any third party for or in respect of any such servitudes.

SERVITUDES. In addition, the Landlord or its Affiliates, as applicable, shall without cost to the Tenant, grant from time to time to the Tenant and others designated by the Tenant any easements, servitudes, and rights of way for access and electricity, communications, gas, water, sewer, and other utility lines, products and materials from and to the Project Site over land and waterways that are adjacent to the Project Site and controlled by the Landlord or its Affiliates, sufficient to permit the Tenant to accomplish its purposes in connection with the Project.
SERVITUDES. 38.1 Despite the fact that the land and/or buildings comprising the development may already be subject or entitled to certain servitudes, it is specifically recorded that the unit is sold subject to the right of the Seller, without compensation to the Purchaser, to register further servitudes (whether to benefit or burden the unit) over the land and/or units as and when so required by the Seller, its successors- in-title, any adjacent land owner(s), the body corporate or any other appropriate authority. 38.2 The Purchaser hereby consents to the registration of any servitudes and agrees to enter into a Notarial Deed of Servitude in general terms when called on to do so, to be registered against the land or the unit; and undertakes to sign, without delay, whatever Power of Attorney, other declaration and/or agreement as may be reasonably required for the registration of such Notarial Deed of Servitude. Upon final determination of servitudes, the Purchaser shall mutatis mutandis consent to the registration of such specific servitudes. SERVITUDES. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller may require the registration of servitudes of access, parking, services and the like to be registered over the land, as defined in clause 2.1, in favour of adjoining xxxxx and/or the Local Council. In order to enable the Developer to register the said servitudes, the Purchaser hereby grants the Seller an irrevocable power of attorney to convene and attend as the Purchaser's proxy any meeting at which the granting and registration of such servitudes is on the agenda.
SERVITUDES. 13.1 The SELLER shall be entitled to register such servitudes across the property as may be necessary for the purposes of the installation of services including the following servitude which the PURCHASER shall be required to register, without payment or compensation. 13.1.1 To allow electricity, fibre optic cables and/or wires, main and/or other water pipes and pipelines and foul sewers and stormwater pipes, ditches and channels of any other property or properties to be conveyed across the property, and surface installations such as mini-substations, meter kiosks and service pillars to be installed thereon if considered necessary by the association, in such manner and position as may from time to time be reasonably required; this shall include the right of access to the property at any reasonable time for the purposes of constructing, altering, removing or inspecting any works connected with the above; and 13.1.2 To receive such material or permit such excavation on the property as may be required to allow use of the full width of an abutting road and provide a safe and property slope to its bank necessitated by differences between the level of the road as finally constructed and the level of the property; unless the owner elects to building retaining walls to the satisfaction of and within a period to be determined by the SELLER.

In order to enable the Seller to register the said servitudes, the Purchaser hereby agrees and consents to such registrations. There shall be no consideration payable by either party to the other or to any third party for or in respect of any such servitudes. 19.2 The Purchaser further acknowledges and consents that a servitude be registered in favour of the remaining extent of Portion 4 of Farm 81; the purpose of which would be for the use by the owner(s) of such property of the private road network situated in the Tweespruit development. The Purchaser authorises that the Owners Association may consent on his/her behalf to such servitude registration on the terms and conditions that the Owner Association, in its discretion, deems acceptable.
SERVITUDES. To the extent that any of the services to be performed hereunder shall require for the effective performance thereof the use of any property or properties of MH or others for the purpose of (i) locating roads, gates, etc. essential to the performance of this Agreement, (ii) constructing, erecting, furnishing, laying, inspecting, maintaining, servicing, or repairing any such roads, gates, pipes, wires, drains, conduits, etc., or (iii) rendering or obtaining the services contemplated hereby, MH grants (or shall cause to be granted) and confers (or shall cause to be conferred) upon RP a servitude effective during the term of this Agreement with respect to the relevant service provided to use such property or properties to the extent necessary for such purposes; provided, however, that such use shall not interfere with the use of such property or properties by MH. The parties agree to execute appropriate documents in recordable form to evidence the foregoing rights and obligations. RP grants to MH the right of ingress and egress to the Plant to carry out the services listed herein. This right is granted to those individuals having duties to perform in the Plant area. The servitudes and rights granted in this Section 17 shall automatically terminate upon, termination of this Agreement at the end of the termination period specified in Section 3.
