Setback. Tenant shall observe all setback lines applicable to the Leased Premises and shall not construct or maintain any building or other structure between any street boundary of the Leased Premises and any setback along such boundary, except for fences or walls approved by Landlord.
Setback. In a residential zone, yards shall be at least two-thirds (2/3) the height of the principal structure. In any zone, additional yard requirements may be imposed.
Setback. For purposes of determining the allowable sign area and height of a freestanding sign, the setback of a freestanding sign shall be measured from the property line.
Setback. 33.1 Periodically it may be necessary to reduce the number of Train Operators and/or Customer Service Ambassadors.
33.2 Train Operators who previously held a permanent position as a CSA, will be temporarily setback to CSA positions.
33.3 A Train Operator whose position is reduced, which had not previously held a position in the classification of CSA, will either be trained as a CSA and temporarily setback or laid off, as determined by the Company.
33.4 When a setback is necessary, junior Train Operators shall be setback to the positions of CSA in reverse order of their Train Operator seniority. The Company shall give as much notice as possible of a setback. In any event, employees will be given a minimum of seven (7) advance calendar days’ notice of setback.
33.5 If there is less than a seven (7) calendar day notice, each Train Operator setback will receive the equivalent of the Train Operator’s rate of pay in lieu of such notice.
33.6 During the period they are setback, a Train Operator setback to the CSA position, provided they are performing the duties of the CSA, will be considered a non-rules qualified employee and remuneration will be as per Article 17.1, Customer Service Ambassador 1.
33.7 A Train Operator temporarily setback to the CSA classification will take the position on the CSA classification seniority list they held before becoming a Train Operator.

Walls and fences in excess of 50' in length should install landscaping along the exterior fa�ade within the suggested setback or stepback. The calculable height of the wall may be increased up to 25% if te1rncing is included in the design. Te1rnces should be landscaped. Setback. Minimum setback requirements from the street right-of-way line for all Buildings shall be twenty (20) feet. Said twenty feet shall be landscaped and maintained in accordance with a plan submitted to and approved by FIPCO. Access and egress driveways will be allowed within the 20-foot setback strip. Minimum setback from an interior lot line for all principal Buildings shall be forty (40) feet to the side and forty-five (45) feet to the rear. Minimum setback for all accessory Buildings and uses shall be fifty-five (55) feet to the front and twenty (20) feet to the side and rear from the interior lot line.
Setback. Company agrees that no Generating Units as part of the Project shall be located closer than one thousand six hundred (1,600) feet to a residence occupied on Owner’s Property as of the Commencement of Construction. For purposes of this Section 6, “Commencement of Construction” shall be deemed to occur once physical construction of a significant nature of the Project has begun on the Wind Project Property, which shall include, without limitation, pouring of the first foundation for a Generating Unit in the Project or performing any act which would require a building permit pursuant to the code or regulations of the county in which the Project is located.
