Shared time teachers will divide preparation/planning time, but their total preparation/planning time will not exceed the preparation/planning time of a full-time teacher. The duty time for shared-time teachers when added to the duty time of their shared-time partner, where appropriate, shall equal a full-time assignment. Shared-time teachers will be required to attend staff meetings, all parent conferences, evening occasions, and professional development (inservice) days. No extra compensation shall be paid for the fulfillment of these duties.

Shared time teaching shall be defined as two (2) Teachers sharing one (1) teaching assignment.
a. Before March 15 for the first semester of the school year and before November 1 for the second semester of the school year, any two (2) tenure Teachers currently employed by the District, desiring to enter into a shared-time teaching assignment, shall submit a written request and shared-time teaching proposal to the Principal who will forward it to the Superintendent, or his/her designee.
b. In unusual circumstances (i.e., layoff or involuntary transfer), the above time lines may be waived.
Shared time teaching applications and reapplications shall be made on an annual basis.
Shared. Both parents share in the responsibility for making major decisions. ☐ Unless emergency circumstances exist (see day to day decisions below), the parents will consult with each other and reach a decision that they both agree to before taking action on a major issue. (Note: If you decide to share decision making, you must also agree to a method for resolving disputes in paragraph 10.)
Shared. Landlord has a total of 71 off- street parking spaces available for a maximum occupant capacity of 164.
Shared. During the term of this Agreement, all income generated by each Partner shall be the Couple's property.
