Common use of Shared Position – Part-time Employee Clause in Contracts

Shared Position – Part-time Employee. An employee who occupies the shared position shall be designated as a Shared Position – Part time Employee. The part-time employee is regularly scheduled to work for at least 40 hours but less than 80 hours of work per pay period.
