HOURS OF WORK & WORKING CONDITIONS. 14.01 Eight (8) hours shall constitute a working day, and forty (40) hours a working week from Monday to Friday inclusive, scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All time worked in excess of this shall constitute overtime and shall be paid as provided for in 14.04 and 14.05 herein.

If circumstances warrant, with the consent of the Employer and the employee, Saturday may be used as a make-up day at the straight time rate to insure a forty (40) hour work week.
