Common use of Shift Pay Clause in Contracts

Shift Pay. Any custodian and maintenance that works at a regular shift where the majority of the assigned hours are after 3:00 p.m. shall be paid an additional twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour over the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on that shift.

Shift Pay. Any custodian and maintenance that works at a regular shift where the majority of the assigned hours are after between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be paid an additional twenty-five fifteen cents ($0.250.15) per hour over the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on that shift.

Shift Pay. Any custodian and maintenance employee that works at a regular shift where the majority of the assigned hours are after 3:00 p.m. shall be paid an additional twenty-five thirty cents ($0.250.30) per hour over the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on that shift.
